How to return an item

Here is how to return an item to After Sales Service:



1- Send the following information by email to [ info@socharm.fr ]

  • + Indicate the reason for your return.
  • + 1 photo of the defective product or of the product received in error.
  • + 1 copy of your purchase invoice or delivery note.



2 - Upon receipt of supporting documents:

  • - We will process your request as soon as possible.
